LAK Advocates has a reputable and effective litigation practice and represents clients in Kenya and across the borders, both Kenyan and foreign nationals and corporations and at all levels, in Tribunals all the way to the Supreme Court. We offer the full range of services, with teams specializing in civil litigation and commercial litigation.

While trial advocacy and court work occupy the majority of the Litigation Department’s time, the team is similarly engaged in providing legal opinions and advice relating to disputes that parties are engaged in subject matter of the litigation which may range from anti-trust (Competition) claims, Insurance, contractual breaches, corporate and property litigation, insolvency claims, family matters, Election matters, Criminal law among others.

The firm is additional very engaged in public law & constitutional law matters and has practiced in this branch of law in various matters up to the supreme court. It has experience in both civil, constitutional and judicial review divisions of courts.
