LAK Advocates provides expert legal advice to clients on significant issues that cut across legal and related areas such as human resources, procurement, debt collection and undertake legal drafting and documentary review of agreements, contract and other legal agreements such as employment contracts, service contracts, leases, shareholder/founders’ agreements. We undertake legal and governance audits to evaluate the legal position of the organization in regards to legal compliance.
